Anyone have an implant?

I’ve been researching the 3 piece implant due to ongoing ED issues and would like your personal experiences on satisfaction, pleasure, penis size after implant, etc.

Thank you!

I have been on this forum for a pretty long time and I have yet to read one positive experience with an implant of any kind.

The only experiences I have encountered have ranged from really bad to horrible.

Best case scenarios they got the implant removed and didn’t lose a significant amount of size or use of their penis, but did end up with significant scarring.

It only gets worse from there. Infections, pain, unnatural look and feel, horror stories of disfiguring scars and significant size loss after removal.

if you have any other avenues to pursue such as overall health, trt, ED medication, ultrasonic ED therapy, etc. they should all be absolutely exhausted first, before you even think about something as drastic as implanting something artificial inside such a sensitive part of the body.

The technology just does not exist yet to do this even marginally well.

I implore you to reconsider.

Sorry, I don’t mean to be preachy and I admit I’m just a random guy on the Internet, but over the years I have read exclusively horror stories. Never a good long term experience. Not a single one.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

I appreciate your detailed response. Obviously, it’s not something I want to do but I am tired of dealing with ED and the stress and anxiety it causes especially being a younger man. 100mg of Viagra certainly helps but it’s still not 100% hard and doesn’t stay hard as long as I’[d like. I have read many studies on the newer inflatable implants that have over 90% success and satisfaction rates with infection being less than 3% so I am hopeful technology is catching up. I am going to a neurologist in March to see if there are any nerve or neurological disorders at work. Just desperate to find a solution.

Have you considered PRP (P-shot) as an option?

7/4/23 : BPEL - 15 cm | MSEG - 13 cm

Go look at Franktalk.org.

Have you tried a tension band (cock ring)?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Hello brother,

Here are my suggestions to make sure you are at a ground level where I would consider starting.

First do the following:

- Remove yourself away from all pornography for an extended period of time (ideally remove it forever)
- Go on a liver flush program to help repair any damages that the blue pill or yellow pill that have caused over the years of consumption
- Do short sessions of jelqs
- Do not masturbate to the point of ejaculation. Just do edging sessions
- Sleep 7-8 hours per day before 11:00PM. Late nights even though I get 7-8 hours, for me, if I get my 7-8 hours before 11:00PM, my morning wood is consistent and hard. If you need help, make sure to drink a lot of water to force your hard on first thing in the morning. Many people take this check point not seriously, but its a gauge for me if I’m ready for a PE session or if I don’t feel as ‘big’ as I would like.

The next phase where you think you are seeing some signs of improvement from above, you can look at take some supplements to keep get your libido up and running.

Supplements

- Black MACA or concentrated maca
- Korean Ginseng Root (I do not use any ginseng as most of the blood flow goes to my head and gives me a nose bleed without fail. The explanation for me is because my blood runs ‘hot’ from a chinese herbalist)
- Tongkat Ali 200:1 (I only get this directly from Malaysia, I do not buy any of the private label brands in North America)
- Vitamin D (If you are at a work place where you are indoors a lot or in a 4 season city then consider adding this to your diet, especially in the winter months)
- ZMA

Essential oils - There was a member here that created us a recipe to help with his jelq session. It’s a nice addition and it might aid you in your recovery.

Foods

- Watermelons
- Pine nuts (Very expensive)
- Celery

Make sure you are eating a bit over from what you daily caloric intake should be if you are PEing. For me, on days that I consuming caffiene, I’m not as plump and I get the caffiene crash and when I consuming a lot of calories, I get hard on’s no problem. However, they have to be mostly good calories

There are other supplements to take but you should be able to get a positive response from the above. The only thing that can be costly depending on your budget is the Tongkat Ali ($100USD per 1-2 months supply) and the Real Korean Ginseng which is sold by the pound. You want the root so you can make a tea out of it

The P-shot is a good option but it becomes costly for the first initial shots. Address the issues internally. The only thing that I can assume as to why you are down this path is because you might have been a steroids cycle for body building and you are suffering from some type of short or long term effects from the drug. If you are on any mental medication for anxiety, panic, mood enhancing, etc. just know that for us men, #1 common side effects for most drugs is ED which of course the same Pharma company that provided such mental altering drugs also has a drug to solve such ED issues.

Disclaimer: I try my best to comment on things that will benefit other members here as this forum has helped me so much along the years. What I mentioned above without the supplements addition is free to test out for yourself. With the added supplements in the second phase will be a minor cost on the grand scheme of things. Take my information and do what you may with it, use the search feature in this forum to find more answers or angles and definitely leverage some of the veterans on this forum. Just know that you are not alone in dealing with what you got going. Good luck brother and stay strong.

Current: BPEL - (Before 6.8' - 7') (Now 7' - 7.25')

Current: MSEG - 4.80' - 5.2'

Goal: 9x6

Kiawa, have you tried any of the ‘penis enlargement’ methods we mostly talk about here on the forum? A lot of us had ED when we wound up here - I’m one of them - and over time my ED has gone from “wet noodle” to “pretty damned good for my age.”

It takes time, but it’s almost free and risk-free compared to surgery. And surgery is always an option if you’re one of the guys who don’t see any benefit from it.

In my personal opinion, especially if you’re young, and your penis actually functions, as in it’s capable of getting erect even if you have to take medication, you should under NO circumstances consider an implant.

You have other options. Exhaust those completely before thinking of surgery.

The statistics you quote are paid for by the surgeons that stand to profit from these surgeries. The one recurring thing that was mentioned by people who had the misfortune of undergoing an implant procedure, was that the surgeon offered to cover the cost of the removal IF and ONLY IF the poor patient wrote a good review, so the others down the line would be lied into getting butchered.

All the success stories are fake as far as I have been able to determine.

Again, this is just some internet dude’s observations, but the ultimate price is yours to pay.

I know about the p-shot but have no seriously looked into it, no. Like I said above I am visiting a neurologist in March to make sure there is no underlying conditions present. I am also trying to get a penile doppler approved through my insurance to check for venous leakage. I am not opposed to trying it if all else fails!

I have done PE for 8 months or so and honestly feel no benefit from it. I have been pumping 5 days a week for 45-50 min hoping it would help with erection quality but I am not seeing the difference, unfortunately.

Yes, I believe the cock ring does help but I never get a great full erection for it to truly be beneficial. I obviously have mental struggles with sex at this point knowing what’s gonna happen so even when I do get hard and start having sex my erection will start to fade pretty quickly. I know the mental aspect is hard to overcome but I’ve been dealing with this since I was in my early 20’s so I feel its something more than mental especially with it getting worse.

Wow, a lot of really great information within your post! Thank you for taking the time to post this! I am a healthy male, workout 5 days a week, for the most part keep a pretty clean diet. From the outside I look like a perfect picture of health which is also what perplexes my physician. I have tried many of the supplements you have listed above although I am not buying from overseas and making an herbal tea. I have taken MACA, Pine Bark Extract, Fenugreek and Tongkat which did help but nothing over the top. My testosterone was 1200 when I was on the Pine Bark/Fenugreek supplements and around 700 without so I do not have Low T. I have had literally every lab completed you could think of and more but nothing comes back that would suggest ED. My urologist said it could be venous leakage so I am trying to get a doppler scheduled to check for blood flow and I also have an appointment with a neurologist to test for any underlying neurological issues.
I am just at wits end. I have spent half my young adult life battling ED and I just want to feel normal and actually enjoy sex without this fear of failure. Thanks again for all your words.

This is what you should focus on. There is still hope!

You have to hear what the docs say after testing your nerves and blood flow, which is the right thing to and you are doing your research.

Have you tried stacking the viagra with anything like citrulline and aspirin? Google that.

Hi Kiawahgolf, sorry to hear your story. Considering an implant must be creating a crazy pressure on your mental health on top of you existing ED.
There are some other psychological aspects you need to deal with probably.

Have you considered talking to a sexologist?
Maybe it could be a good option for overcoming certain psychologically related aspects of your ED.
