Anyone Use An ADS Together With An Extender?

I’ve been using a Phallosan ADS the past 5 months or so, and usually wear it 12 hours/ day, 5-6 days/week. Sometimes even longer.

Has anybody ever used the Phallosan (or any other ADS) for so many hours, and then later that evening used an Extender? I’m just wondering if it would be too much and don’t want to over work my penis too much. Thanks!

I haven’t used either. It sounds like way too much.
