Around the World STRELQ
Alright. This is a stretch/ jelq (STRELQ) I am using. I am very excited by its results and so I would like to tell everyone about it so that they may try it out too. I gained .5 ish in 2 weeks. I have an initial LOT of 7:30. Low carb high protein diet with caloric deficit (reducing body fat). Supplements and food: ZMA, Tribulus, fish oil, peanuts, protein shakes, 2 multivitamins. I am also taking an ephedra free dietary supplment. Oddly it contains controversial PE components. I take 12 capsules a day, 3 x the label dosage. It has Vitamin C and Caffeine. Not forgetting to mention green tea , grape seed, yerba mate, bitter orange, tyrosine, and ginger.
Around the World STRELQ
1. Grab a semi erect penis at the base with the OK grip just like a standard jelq, this can be done with a full erection if you just keep squeezing until the OK sign is very small.
2. Pull away from your body, then keeping pressure pull it down, again keeping the pulling pressure move it to the right or left side, then up towards you, all the time keeping the pulling pressure. The speed is up to you but pull as hard as you can and try to feel the tendons at the base stretching. Imagine you are pulling the shaft thru a loop at the base of the pubic bone.
3. Supplement the “around the world” movements with pause and holds in each angle.
4. As you finish an around the world, move the grip up the shaft in a very small interval as in a jelq, then do the around the world again.
After a thorough workout I feel a slight tingling pain at the base as if there are minor tears. It is up to you if you want to go this far. I notice that the pain goes away after one night’s sleep.
I measure the shaft by using a flexible measuring tape bone pressed at where the shaft comes out of the pubic bone. I angle the penis down at a 7:30 angle and measure on top to glans tip. Whether you agree or not with the measuring technique the gains are there.
Please add to this thread if you experience gains too. Also mention if you were plateauing before or the gains are much faster than previously seen with other techniques.
