Attn: All Veterans Please Critique My New Plan.
I’m not new to PE, just off of a year and half vacation (keep that in mind).
However, I have demoted myself back to newbie status. But I won’t stay there as long.
Anyways, here’s my new plan:
50 kegels (5 sec per rep) daily
In the shower:
10 30 sec stretches
200 3 sec jelqs, with lube.
And a bowl of Kellog Complete or Total Raisin Bran everyday (for vitamins and minerals).
I will stay on that for about a month.
Then
75 kegels
Then 20 stretches
300 jelqs
Along with some light pumping.
Then after a while the effects pumping and other exercises will be permanent becuase I’m doing it daily
Because a veteran told me that his pumping was permanent along because he did it regularly with other exercises and he does maintenance every now and then to keep a bit extra that comes and goes.
What I really need is EG more than anything else.
