Auto extender.does it work
Hello everyone. First of all, I would like thank you all for your input into creating such a great site and for providing such great information. It is greatly appreciated. I’m of course a newbie and I have read the newbie procedures, however I often work 14 to 16 hour days and I really don’t have to time to take out to actually manually do those exercise so I was wondering if I can go straight to a stretching device such as the auto extender or similar devices which can be worn under my clothes while at work. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience w/ such devices because I need all the help I can get. Your input would be greatly appreciated.I know many of you are going to say stick to the newbie routine but I was wondering if skipping that and going to the stretching/hanging devices such as the auto extender would work.
