Back after a long break.
Ok, so I’m planning to return to PE after a long break (mainly because I got into a relationship then got my sorry butt dumped, took me a long time to come to terms with myself.) Anyways, here’s the routine that I’m planning to return too. Please comment on it. I’m planning to work both on Girth, and Length.
Routine:
Morning: Stretches after Hotwrap. Jai, V-stretches, the basic up, sides, down, and inverted V-stretches.
Evening: Stretches after Hotwrap. Jai, V-Stretches, the basic up, sides, down, and inverted V-stretches. Followed by 200 Jelqs, 3 sets of 4 Uli’s, and 3 Horse 440’s.
So what do you all think?
Some comments would be greatly appreciated.
PS: About Horse 440’s, how do I know if I’m doing them correctly? I find it quite a hassle to actually push the blood from my head into my shaft, so what I do is I more or less squeeze the blood from my head into my shaft by gripping the head tightly. Is that acceptable?
