Back After a long long break

I have been gone for awhile I have looked in on the progress of others here and again but I have not been doing pe for months.

I started up again tonight with stretches and jelqs 5 sets of up, down. side to side, and out then 100 jelqs. is this over doing it or is it o.k.

I lost all my gains and am down to 6 3/4 inches bp by 4 3/4 girth. my question is will my gains come back fast and how long should I do the newbie routine.

Thanks again,

I’d guess if you’ve done this before for awhile, you wouldn’t have to do it too long before you get used to it again and can move onto a more advanced practice.

As of 1/1/2009 - 6.25" BPEL // 5.0" EG

I think the basic principle of applying minimal force, checking for gains, and increasing force/repetitions/duration only when gains stall is a good one. There is nothing to be gained by trying to increase a routine too quickly, except possibly to develop a toughened penis that is more resistant to further increases.

Those who have stopped PE and who have restarted have reported that they have regained. As to speed, though, I think it is working against yourself to try to make them fast gains.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.
