I been doing pe since march 29th. I did newbie routine for 4 months. I been hanging for 3 months now. I haven’t hung in 4 days. I been doing manual and jelqing. I ended hanging at 15 straight out and 10 straight down (I will go back to hanging in a week or two). Want to hit manual pretty hard for a couple weeks. I did it the last 4 days and it’s making my dick sore and fatigued well. I feel this experiment will get me gains quicker, and then after a couple weeks I will hit hanging hard. I have aim, yahoo, and msn. If anyone wants to talk about routines pm me. I started at 5.3 nbp and 5.8 bpel. I am now 5.7 nbp and 6.3 bpel. My goal is getting pass 6 nbp in the next month.
