Hi guys
After 2 years, I want to start PE. 2 years ago, my BPEL was 6.5” and I gained 0.5”.
Now this is my penis size: PBEL=7” , EG=5”
Also I go to gym 4 days a week. So this is my plan for PE & Bodybuilding.

BODYBUILDING :
Monday : ON
Tuesday : OFF
Wednesday : ON
Thursday : ON
Friday : ON
Saturday :OFF
Sunday : OFF

PE : (5 days ON; 2 days OFF)
Monday : ON
Tuesday : ON
Wednesday : ON
Thursday : OFF
Friday : OFF
Saturday :ON
Sunday : ON

I myself think if PE &BB are not in a same day, it is better. Because after gym I’m so tired.

What is your recommendation?


I think PE is NOT only PE, This is a lesson to be patient and perseverance
