When my penis is ~100% erect it is pointing almost straight up (around 11 o clock) and is IMPOSSIBLE to move, trying to move it down to a 9 o clock angle is extremely painful and not working unless I am at about 50-60% erection, this is kind of bad for my PE exercises, although I don’t PE at 100% erection it’s is still in the way when I’m trying to do horse440 or Ulis etc.. How do I make my penis not point straight up when I’m erect? Should I stretch only at a downward angle? (My lot is about 9)

A high erection like you have is actually good. It will hit the woman’s g-spot with ease in most positions and give her incredible orgasms. If you really do need it to come down some, try flaccid stretches in all directions, but mostly down and straight outward. After enough of them, your penis should start repositioning to this new position.

Also, you could try erect or “plumped” bends, as I’ve heard they work quite well in correcting unaverage curvature of the penis.

I wouldn’t be upset with that angle. I’m almost on the opposite end of the angle complaint scale compared to you. Like ^the above said, you’ll be able to hit ares that certain angles cannot. One question though, you say it hurts when you pull it downwards? Well, if you have had penetrative sex, is it painful during that?

I don’t really have any trouble having sex with the upward angle it’s more of a problem with my PEing,, but I’ve read somewhere that your angle decreases if you start stretching, so I’m gonna try that

Well, the bigger your penis gets, the more weight adds into it, so theoretically you penis should start hanging and erecting lower and lower as it gets bigger. That’s one helluva erection angle regardless, and if it doesn’t lower, then just be happy with it.

Also, depending on how long you’ve been into PE, you could try hanging. I’ve heard that not only adds substantial length but allows for lower erections as well. However, do NOT get into hanging unless you’ve been into PE for AT LEAST a year. Hanging is much too intense for the beginner or even a moderate-level PEer, and runs a much higher risk of damage than any other PE exercize. Be careful.
