Ball Stretching-How long & when to add?

Hi All. It’s recently come to my attention how important having a sac that hangs lower can visually affect the perceived look of your penis (after about 2 years of straight manual penis stretching).

After some research I decided to purchase a ball weight stretcher from the chain gang. I didn’t realize how tight my balls were naturally until finally getting it on the first time. I also use the sock trick described in the forums and that has been super helpful.

Fast forward a few weeks and I’ve been stretching with the weight. This seems a bit different than penis stretching and my question is two-fold:

1. How long does it typically take for you to stretch your balls to where they are no longer naturally pulled up to your penis when it’s cold out?
2. When do you decide to add on more weights or get a larger weight or add on more rings? Obviously both of these are somewhat subjective to where you start. I’m just looking for others experiences who may have tighter balls to begin with and have gotten to a good hang.

I’m also interested in this. I’ve recently started pumping them to get some stretch/better hang and I have also used a larger rubber cock ring on them to keep them pulled down. It doesnt take very long for me to get “ball burn” (tight skin) and need to remove the cock ring. I’m curious if the ball weights would give a different response than the cock ring.

#1, Honestly, I think never. I believe that lengthening will lengthen them for when they decide to hang down. But they have such a survival instinct that they will always cinch up when necessary.

Exactly. That’s my observation, too. But I have nice results, going to show them soon here: Balls hanging thread

Here is what I do: I start to massage my balls with vaseline or olive oil to get them loose and easy to stretch. I start to twist them to the left and right like a knob to lengthen the sack. Then I wrap them with something, as you can see I try different things. I wrap them as wide and tight as I can stand, there is a slight pain in the beginning, after a while it goes away because the skin loosens even more. Of course the wrapping should not be too tight to not stop blood flow. When I use a new width I leave them for about 2-3 hours the first day. On the second day I keep them wrapped all night. This makes the new length permanent. I wrap them on the third day again for some hours. The next time I use a wider wrap. While the balls are wrapped its good to put on something softening as olive oil again. This relaxes the skin. After I unwrap them they wrinkle, that’s normal. Again I put on olive oil. You’ll see after they relax they hang lower. By the way, shaving balls lets them hang lower, because they get warmer.


Stats: 06/2011: BPEL: 13 cm; MSEG: 10 cm; 04/2022: BPEL: 20 cm; MSEG: 14 cm

Goal would be: BPEL: 20 cm => reached 03/2022; MSEG: 15 cm

Loving Results

Thanks for the responses. I’m enjoying the results after a couple of months of doing this with the same ball weight stretcher. It’s gotten much easier to put on and using the sock trick it is keeping everything warm. I’m still wondering if I keep the same weight on there for a full year to see if it makes the difference. Will your sac invariably keep stretching, even with the same weight?

Ball Weight Stretching

I went from a 9 oz. 20mm40mm ball donut style weight starting back in October to a 2.5 lb. 25mm60mm50mm elliptical weight from the Chain Gang. The difference is intense yet so are the results. At first I was finding it tough to walk around with that much weight and that low of a hang (felt like waddling) yet the more you wear it the more you will get used to it.

And the feeling of that big sac rubbing against your inner thighs. I don’t wear a weight, but that’s the experience after a long pump.

I have hit my limit with ball weight but I want more. 2-3 pounds 24/7

Has anyone used a static pull? I have set up device that hold a constant tension on

Scrotum. I have only done this for a week or so at 30 minute stretches at 5-10 pounds of

Pull.

Not sure if it will work, but I just want a little more hang.

I haven’t seen or used a static setup. I’ve always used weights, and they worked perfectly. I was only wearing them for 10-16 hours per day and could have easily gone too far.

If you’re wearing the weights 24/7, perhaps that is too long or you aren’t up and moving around enough? If you’re sitting or laying, they do basically nothing. I stretched mine over 4" with just 1 pound. Being good and warm and active while wearing the weight seemed to be the key for me. If I was cold, 1 pound simply was not enough. Tight and cold skin held it up at that point.

It might be your skin holding it up.
Are you also stretching your skin, or relying on the weight alone? I stretch my skin daily in the shower. More skin, more room, more hang. Just simple finger to finger stretching, pinch with one hand, finger and thumb, and pull and slide with the other finger and thumb. Work your way all around the sac a little skin at a time. Takes about 5 minutes a day, but could make all the difference.
