Thanks for all of the replies. When I was in 11th grade I remember seeing a friend of mine in the showers at summer camp who had balls that hung perfectly side-by-side. I always thought they looked great, and were the way that balls should hang (I have one ball that hangs lower and the other is high and tight). I never thought that there was anything that I could do about it and have lived for many years not thinking about it much. When I read the 2002 Tom Hubbard “Balls That Swing” I began to tug a little on my tight testicle and was surprised that with about a 2-week effort my balls have evened up a bit.
I appreciate the links WESTLA, but dude I don’t want balls that scrape the pavement when I walk. I just think that nicely hanging balls adds to the overall presentation. The pictures you linked me to look painful at best. I wondered if anyone else has unevenly hanging balls or adds testicle health and hang to their overall PE workouts?
DICKO your question on the spermatic cord is valid, but I suppose that ANY PE done to the extreme or without “listening to your body” can be damaging.
More thoughts?
