I had to stop hanging due to a numbness issue. I was only hanging for about 2 weeks or so total, but I had gained about .25 inches at the base. I lost that gain at the base when I took some time off for PE while the numbness was getting better. I started back with an all out girth routine a couple days ago, since I am satisfied with my length for now. I think my numbness is gone, I can’t really tell fully. I just can’t remember how sensitive my shaft was before. Anyhow, this is my basic Girth routine that I am doing until I hit 5.5 midshaft (around 5 now), then I will most likely resume hanging.
10 minutes warm up jelqs
10 minutes clamped with cable clamp
10 minutes uli’s/ horses and jelqs
10 minutes clamped
I feel like I have already gained from just 4 or 5 sessions of this.
