I have a mild baseball bat shape, but it’s only present at times.
Most of the time I’m 6” around the base with a smooth even taper.
I’ve been working on a few possibly theories for why that baseball bat shape happens to some guys. As close as I can figure out I think it has to do with relaxing the kegel muscles before the jelq. A lot of guys don’t notice it, but they kegel when placing the “OK” grip and then relax during the milking part. That’s just really bad form. You have to keep your kegel muscles nice a tight during the whole jelqing set whether that be ten or a hundred flawless jelqs and only relax between sets. Same goes for stretching exercises and gadgets! Trust me, this will help you get more bang out of your PE and keep you from going soft during those wild all nighters.
