As the title suggests mu main concerns are to improve erection power/hardness and staying time plus to improve my orgasm/ejaculation control.

I see lots of thorough information in this place that seems responsible and serious and so I thought to address here regarding those issues hoping that vets or moderators will give me some valid and useful feedback, So:

1. The erection form of my penis having some squeeze applied (fingers) especially on the top of it’s shaft (like wearing a ring?) and being highly aroused (if not close to orgasm), resulting in the head extending and swell to it’s maximum plus the acute angle upwards resulting from a BC/PC contraction is the kind of erection that I wonder if it’s possible to become by some way my default form of erection.

2. And while having a default and staying erection like that, improve the stimulation resistance, improve holding time, if possible control stimulation so much to not reach orgasm at all if want to but still keep the powered erection. What would be the suggestions here?

3. If I measured right my size is 5.3”-5.5” . From my understanding and if I am not mistaken that should be enough to reach and rub a g-spot. (So if I am not mistaken the case actually is about for how long and with what pace can one rub it .. Am I right ?) I have been thinking though of the possibility of increasing my girth (I don’t know how much it is now but it’s averagely proportional to my length I think, not a stick not a thick thing either). Is it possible for a new to PE to start with girth increase exercises ? ( if there are such, and If it is so, I suspect that the results will also influence the length by somewhat? )

4. What is the time range needed averagely and vaguely for a 5.3”-5.5” to grow proportionally (meaning not only length but the appropriate girth too) to 6 min - 6.5 max with the simplest, fewest and basic (and less .brutal) exercises with the minimum of time spent daily , for about 5 days per week?

5. It has a leftwards curvature and an upwards one. Is there maybe a way to straighten the leftwards one ? ( I don’t mind about the upwards, maybe it’s even useful or not .looking bad either )

6. What about the infamous Dr Lin ballooning technique (presented also in the better made herballove.com site) does it improve erections ? ( Out of curiosity have tried it but either didn’t understand it or don’t perform it correctly , wasn’t able to balloon my penis by simply massaging )

7. About his products that are found in other sites too like yahoo shopping and neurotherapy.com , they don’t seem to carry some brand name, manufacturer is unknown. Are they certified - checked - tested - approved somehow regarding their ingredients consistency and possible side effects?

Stay away from pills. Find the newbie routine, use it instead.

Actually, exercises aimed at increasing girth don’t necessarily influence length at all.

I think you’ll find everyone in agreement here about the Newbie Routine being your only safe route.
But on a personal note: I have been away from my girlfriend for the 2+ weeks that I’ve been doing PE with the info here on Thundersplace.com and just got home to her yesterday. She kept TELLING me it was bigger thicker and harder over and over again and I kept denying it (I want to be in stealth mode). So I would say stick with the program they give you here..
FIRST thing I noticed was that it was so so much harder after just the first session. Thickness and length came shortly after, about a week I guess.
As for stamina, there is kegelling, which allows you to force blood into your cock while having sex, and more importantly, “edging” which will help you control your orgasms. This term, edging, was new to me, but the concept is an old one. Just search on it and keep it in mind next time your masturbating or having sex. It WILL work with time. Both these techniques can be done regardless of the regiment you choose to follow for PEing.

Best of luck and hope I’ve given you some Motivation to try the techniques on this site. They REALLY do work.

So:
1. Erection behavior: Kegeling while erect and having sex will make your cock head swell up immensely.
2. Staying power: “Edging”
3. G spot and girth: I’m not sure that is long enough to reach the g-spot but I also think the woman plays a more important role in that measurement. Girth will increase with the Newbie Routine. I also read about Orange Bends, but this is not as easy as it seems and is AGAINST the newbie routine recommendation I think.
4. Average time: There is no average time and I’ve read that over and over again. I got .5” in two weeks. It’s true. I’m sure not every time I measure, but I did it (the shock still hasn’t left). My girth seems about the same, maybe .1” more. But it was the FIRST thing my girlfriend noticed, most likely because not only was it a little thicker, but much harder, and thicker ALL OVER. (Don’t forget the aesthetics of having a lot more veins showing by using these routines).
5. Curvature: Same problem and no answer. Please message me if you find out!
6. And 7. Quacks: He has a bad rap from what I’ve seen and the pills an even worse reputation.

Maybe if you devote yourself. You need to have a regimen and follow it. You only get what you give, so set up a routine and do it right. Read the newbie routine(s) and you will be pleased. There are no magic pills.

1) does jelqing have to be done on absolutely not full erection ? (Doesn’t it get there though by jelqing?) is it dangerous to perform it on full erection ?

2) do supplements improve erections? If so which ones are more safe and proven?

3) does one has to be so brutal on his penis as I saw in the videos for the exercises to work ? (I prefer my current one working rather than a slightly enlarged one with problems lol)

4) asbigas what you said is motive enough, I mean the erection improvement alone without any regards to size

5) I was thinking of the following schedule since my time is really limited : was thinking of doing the routine in the shower since I always use hot water which could serve as warm up / warm down and since I can control how many times per week I will do the exercises , like 5 days per week for example , just spend little more time in the shower, does this sound maybe like reducing the efficiency of exercises?

Asbigas btw why you really need to expand your 7” ? To me seems like the absolutely perfect size.
Regarding the g spot from what I know it is quite close to the entrance (have a peek at the illustration fig6-24.jpg

I can respond to the jelq question, even being a female, I know this one ;) .

It is going to take your penis time to learn the difference between PEing and masturbation. Jelq should not be done fully erect, 60 to 70 % maybe, but not 100% erect. Your penis will learn the difference, however, it might get confused at first. When you start to jelq and get an erection, let go, let it subside and then start the process over. The confusion might come when you actually want an erection, but this too is temporary and your penis will learn how to recognize the difference.

You have not broken any rules here, yet, I don’t expect you will either. We want our members, new and old to learn how to use the search function. I yell at it when it tells me I don’t have enough words, or to many words. If after you search you still don’t find your answer, post away! 1) sticking to newbie routine only (for lets say beyond 3 months : 6months-1 year) will it yield results ?
2) do the kegels of the ‘newbie routine” have to be done erected or not?
3) where can I find exact and valid information about what exactly is the “edging” and if it affects size too?
4) is it normal that jelqing leads to cowpland glands clear liquid leaking?
5) any reason Johnson’s baby oil isn’t maybe an ok lubricant for wet jelqing?

Yes, but be consistent. This is your learning phase. If you’re overtrainning, listen to your penis. It will be probably just be telling you it needs a couple more rest days before it adapts to the strain you put it through.

No, you can work your PC/BC muscle while flaccid.

Search for edging/ballooning by clicking on the SEARCH button. It’s a marvelous invention. But, basically, it’s just masturbating until you are about to cum, but then hold back by squeezing your PC/BC muscle (for some people, they do reverse kegels instead). A good session is about an hour long.

Don’t know.

Don’t use it. From personal experience, clean up is a bitch and it MAY stain (it did for me…went away after about 4 days). Go to a sex shop and buy some good water-based lube. It’s cheap, lasts long, doesn’t stain, is odorless and is easy to clean off.

Start off moderately. Don’t overdo it. Your body will tell you if you’re going too hard. After your penis has adapted in about a month or two, then I’d either increase the force of the jelq or the number of jelqs, or both.

I think so. You’ll notice stronger erections and edging/ballooning with kegel exercises have helped me with lasting power that I never thought I had. Used to only go for 7 minutes at the MAX, but honestly, the past couple of fuck-sessions with my girl, it seems I can go for as long as want. I actually feel like Kramer “Sometimes it’s enough already and I just want to get some sleep!”….

again, I would use the search button for this. Type “PE Diet”. I think you should be able to find something.

The most popular are multi-vitamins, Vitamin B-complex, Vitamin C, Arginine and Zinc.

There are plenty of other vitamins/supplements, but nothing is better than a good diet. If you are out of shape or do not eat healthy, don’t expect to have a healthy penis that is in shape. Your body doesn’t work like that.

I’m starting to discover that the added erection strength gain from PEing has made it much harder to control my ejaculations.
