Bathmate and hanging??

Will bathmate hinder gains from hanging, i was thinking of using it after a hanging session just to restore the circulation, how much can I use it, any info is much appreciated! thanks guys

Sometimes I hang then pump, as long as you are conditioned should be fine.

well since i have a vacuum hanger, the most comfortable position is to sit and let it hang between the cheeks, do you recommend any other angle?
