Bathmate and Jelqing-timing?

Hello everyone,

First I would like to say thanks for such a great forum.

I have been using the bath-mate for around 6 months now and I would like to start incorporating jelqing into my day as well. My plan was to jelq in the morning before work and use the bath-mate at night in the tub before bed. Is this an ok plan? I just want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly.

Well I am using a bathmate too but only 2-3 times a week.

What are your results?

Did you have any significant gains?


Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG

I do more of a routine when pumping.

5m Warmup
30 Jelqs
3-5 minute pump session
30 Jelqs
3-5 minute pump session
30 Jelqs
3-5 minute pump session
5m warmdown

I will sometimes incorporate ‘stretching’ as well by pumping and then using the bathmate as a stretching aid. Your plan of Jelq in the morning is okay also though. Let us know how it goes.

So you’ve only used the bathmate and nothing else?

Yeah I’ve only my been using the bath-mate. While the pumps are awesome, they don’t last. I have not made any permanent gains from it which is why I want to start jelqing as well.

I always stretch before using the Bath-mate. I also stretched this morning and then jelqed for a solid 10 min. I could really feel the soreness but I kept worry my dick was either to hard or too soft. Trying to find the right erection seems like it will be a task.

Well you did what I did when I started again 2.5 years ago except I warmed up, stretched, BM for 5, jelq about 50 times, back in the BM. I did that 3-4 times in a session. With that said it’s the wrong way to go about PE, especially in the beginning. The BM alone never gave gain me permanent gains and most users report the same.

If want my advice take a week off and start back with manuals such as the newbie routine, you may have to vary it because you’ve already been pumping for 6 months. Then after a month or 2 or 3 which ever you prefer add in the pump. In the beginning you want to max out what ever you can from manuals before spending money on gear. It’s not what I did but I wish I had. You could also take a week off and do as I mentioned…warm up, stretch, jelq then pump or vice versa and follow that for your session of say 15- 20 minutes total BM time. Make sense?

Thanks so much for taking the time give your advice. I’m going to try and lay off the BM for about a month and go with your suggestion. Although it will be difficult. The pump the BM gives is addicting even though it doesn’t last.

It is very addicting which is why kept going with pumping, after a bit I got an air pump. I still use the BM just not like before. I use it more as a warm up, warm down never a stand alone. Good luck
