Bed Fowfers? When Is It Okay?

Iam almost one month into the newbie routine, and my question is; can I start doing bed fowfers already or is this something I need to be more conditioned with before starting?

I have read a plethora of info on these and iam convinced they’re essential to a good routine. Many veterans with huge gains have had these incorporated in there regimens.

Plus, I really wouldn’t mind forgetting how to spell “turtle” 😌

Hi Guys, I’m 3 months in and just starting seated and bed Fowfers. I’m finding it hard to get my balls in a comfortable position… I have big testicles and a small scrotum. Just wonder if anyone has some pointers.

Sept ‘17: 5-3/4” BPEL X 4-1/8” MSEG

Now: 6-1/2” BPEL X 4-5/8” MSEG

I love fowfers. Actually laying in bed doing then as I type this hahaha. I get a real nice stretch. I went my first 2.5 months of PE with zero gains, stuck at 6.3 inches, then incorporated fowfers a lot and manual stretching every chance I get and finally made it to 6.6 inches.

I put my balls to the side, stretch my dick out as far as I can completely flaccid, then tuck it between the cheeks. So you aren’t really sitting on it. Blood flow shouldn’t be stopped. I can comfortable hold it for quite a while. The stretch was pretty intense at first and I couldn’t hold it for too long but I’ve adjusted. I’m certainly no PE expert. Far from it, I’m still new, but I’d say give them a shot. Listen to your body and if it doesn’t feel right or decrease in EQ then stop

Awesome response thank you. So after two and a half months of just starting out you started doing fowfers? And no PIs for you and noticed gains? Sounds to me like just what I was looking/hoping to hear.

Just don’t want to jump the gun to early if it’s possible to do that, but also don’t wanna sit back wasting time when it would be totally fine to do fowfers already. Might just have to let my body answer that for me like you said. Appreciate it.

Yeah I just started probably 3 weeks ago. I’ll sometimes even do them driving lol. Just make sure no ones looking when you’re getting it into position when you get in the car lol. No negatives sides. Only positive. My flaccid hang is real nice after them. Usually after doing them my flaccid is up to 5 inches. My flaccid girth is bigger too. 4.3-4.75 depending where I meaure, even up to 5 on a really good day on my thickest part. Can’t say this is all fowfers since there’s other variables. But basically all I do is lots and lots of manual stretching and lots of fowfers. Not much else really at the moment since my main priority is length. If I have enough free time I’ll do fowfers for 5-10 minutes, take it out and do some stretches, back in to fowfers, repeat. Just back and forth between fowfers and stretching

They can be done anytime except of course if you’re sky diving!

If you could would your ball sack make a sort of “bat wing” and force your testicles to the sides leaving room for your penis?

I think Jimmybob may have found a solution to I-beams problem!

No problem just doing them whenever you’ll feel like doing them. They’re pretty light on your unit+ you’re keeping both potato and sausage warm all the time whihc is a big bonus. I’ve also tried experimenting with bed fowfers, they seem to work thus far.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

Awesome, so I take it that it is okay to do fowfers even when still just starting out, as long as there are no negative PIs. I think I will wait until iam at my one month mark and then I’ll start experimenting with them.
