Been A member for awhile but have never committed myself.
Like the title says I have been a member here for awhile but have never been able to totally commit and dedicate myself to a routine.
This time I’m really going to give this a go and stay with it. First question I have is I”m really only trying to get girth gains. I was wondering what the best exercises are for a newbie who’s more concerned with girth gains than anything else?
