I haven’t had any permanent gains yet I have done the newbie and the angion method: do you guys think that combining them will work ?

My goals are to gain .25 of length and .25 of girth: I’m 38 and my Goal is by 40 to obtain those gains

Hey, Stan.

What are your current stats? I cannot see not achieving 0.25 in 2yrs or less but everyone is different. Within the first year, I gained an inch in length. So it can be done.

Very realistic goals. You’ve been in the game for 6 months and mention you haven’t had any permanent gains. Have you had a decon break that confirmed this? I only ask because 6 months seems to be a bit short of time with just the newbie routine to call for a decon break regarding most circumstances. How consistent was your PE regimen?

It may be time to start incorporating more. Wether that be time under tension, intensity, frequency, volume, as well as exercises.

What’s your current routine?

I’ve been following the progress of some of the Angion Method early adopters. Mostly, people seem to rave about improved EQ, but haven’t seen much size increase. I suspect the two routines are compatible, but I’m suspicious that the AM is really the miracle Janus claims. My impression is that he’s probably really hit on something, but he’s extrapolating too much from early success and a sample size of one. He strikes me as a classic pseudo-scientist. Unfortunately, all of PE is pseudo-science. Time will tell if others can reproduce his results.

Do you see any effect when you finish your routine? I didn’t gain in my first month, and I decided I was not jelqing hard enough. You should be able to feel blood being pushed toward the head, and the head should swell during the stroke. By the end of your jelqing session, your penis should be visibly enlarged, but still partially flaccid.

As far as stretching goes, have you increased over time? Marinara started a great thread on manual stretching you might want to check out.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

Most likely you need to improve your manual exercises technique.
