I’ve been following the progress of some of the Angion Method early adopters. Mostly, people seem to rave about improved EQ, but haven’t seen much size increase. I suspect the two routines are compatible, but I’m suspicious that the AM is really the miracle Janus claims. My impression is that he’s probably really hit on something, but he’s extrapolating too much from early success and a sample size of one. He strikes me as a classic pseudo-scientist. Unfortunately, all of PE is pseudo-science. Time will tell if others can reproduce his results.
Do you see any effect when you finish your routine? I didn’t gain in my first month, and I decided I was not jelqing hard enough. You should be able to feel blood being pushed toward the head, and the head should swell during the stroke. By the end of your jelqing session, your penis should be visibly enlarged, but still partially flaccid.
As far as stretching goes, have you increased over time? Marinara started a great thread on manual stretching you might want to check out.
