Hello,

Decided to try and take up jelqing again and was curious to get some more seasoned peoples take on my game plan.

I see a lot of people posted routines for beginners saying you need to have all of these tools (hangers/pumps/stretchers) and while I can see how they’d be beneficial, I live with my fiancé and want to keep it a secret for now.

My main goal is to increase EQ and maybe add and extra inch in length/a bit on girth but nothing too crazy.

My biggest downfall in the past and why I couldn’t be consistent was usually due to how long it would take to get my stuff done and how hard it was to hide it.

I recently read that someone had success in getting some newbie gains by doing some basic stretches and 100 slow jelqs 5x/week. I recently started doing this and can get it done in the shower in 10-15 minutes so being consistent/secretive shouldn’t be an issue.

Curious if anyone has any feedback on this? Is this not enough volume and a waste of time? Any suggestions?

Welcome. Those are achievable goals. But, yes, you do need to find some way to gain time and space for this. 10 to 15 minutes in the shower will help but won’t get you there.

Staying under the radar

I understand about keeping it low profile. My wife says you don’t need that, little does she know the work that goes into having a penis she can see. I get up about 20 minutes early before normal time to put in a morning workout. Then a second workout when I get home. I get home an hour before her she doesn’t know and I can start some other activities before her arrival. Hope all goes well for you.

I know going forward on this journey, it was going to take time and effort. I have a busy household with kids and dogs who rarely give me a moment of privacy.

I sat my wife down and told her that it was important to me and of course they always say “I like you just the way you are, your size is fine”, but we all know, they are just trying to protect our ego when we can clearly see there is problem with our physicality and we want to change it for the better.

She agreed to support me the way I have supported her throughout our 21 years together.

The freedom I get not having to hide my secret, routine or supplies feels good and allows me to enter this regimen with confidence and positivity which I think are key to success.

In addition, I can never get caught with my junk in my hand or be shamed or questioned about PE.

Wives always find out what we’re hiding eventually, I’ve been caught before for various things and I agreed to always tell her the truth, so now I can concentrate on the task at hand, or in hand if we’re speaking bluntly.

when there is no opportunity to have the privacy needed to do PE in peace, it is not easy. Try to follow the beginner routine for a few months consistently and if you can increase the exercises a little at a time you should have changes. Having all that equipment depends on what your goals are, and there are many friends in the forum who have achieved at different times very good goals working with just their hands and some little help. Remember, though, that we are not all the same and what works for me may not work for you. Greetings and give us an update.

Hi Woody — Checking my records from a few years ago: I gained 3/4” in 4 months with the newbie routine, only jelqing (but averaging 450/day). I cut back on the jelqs when I started using an all-day extender for 2 to 4 hours most days; gains continued at a slow pace. I’d suggest you should stay with your routine, but measure & record your progress. I’ll bet you’ll see something good.

Piss pulls, stretches, jelqs, and time. If that’s all you can do that’s all you can do. It will take longer but you’ll grow. That’s actually all that I have been able to do for the last 2 months.

Or see a vetted PhalloBoards practitioner and gain a whole inch of girth in under an hour, without general anesthesia and 3 days recovery time. It’s the 2020’s, girth has been solved.
Length on the other hand remains hit or miss and is still best achieved through PE exercise in my opinion… heck, even ligamentolysis (lengthening surgery) requires a post-op stretching regimen to cement gains.
The aforementioned techniques (jelq, stretch, hang, pump, etc) in this topic may work for some guys, but are as risky as any other method of enlargement, including non-surgical male phalloplasty. I’m not pulling this out of my ass, I’ve been following & moderating this scene longer than I care to admit.

While I can’t speak in confidence about length, there is an overwhelming abundance of information validating the efficacy of girth enhancement via dermal fillers. The key here is to find the right injector, much like how you’d research a Barber or Tattoo Artist.
Of course to each their own, and obviously medical procedures aren’t cheap, whereas manual PE exercises are minimal investments (monetarily), but if you’re a hard gainer and adamant about achieving gains, why these methods wouldn’t be considered only handicaps your options.

I came to Thundersplace with a 3.5” MSEG and realized that the work required to even entertain a modest endowment with (1) take an obscene amount of commitment with no guarantees of any success and (2) potentially create irreparable harm or injury because of the goals required. It was demoralizing. Now at my thickest (Base EG) I’m 6.3” and no one’s questioned a thing, just life of love & compliments. Not saying non-surgical male injectable phalloplasty is for everyone, but it works. and we’ve entered a golden age of cosmetic-elective male medicine.
