Beginner Inquiry
Hello,
Decided to try and take up jelqing again and was curious to get some more seasoned peoples take on my game plan.
I see a lot of people posted routines for beginners saying you need to have all of these tools (hangers/pumps/stretchers) and while I can see how they’d be beneficial, I live with my fiancé and want to keep it a secret for now.
My main goal is to increase EQ and maybe add and extra inch in length/a bit on girth but nothing too crazy.
My biggest downfall in the past and why I couldn’t be consistent was usually due to how long it would take to get my stuff done and how hard it was to hide it.
I recently read that someone had success in getting some newbie gains by doing some basic stretches and 100 slow jelqs 5x/week. I recently started doing this and can get it done in the shower in 10-15 minutes so being consistent/secretive shouldn’t be an issue.
Curious if anyone has any feedback on this? Is this not enough volume and a waste of time? Any suggestions?
