Hello guys,

I’m 21 y/o and this is my first post here! Please excuse my English. I’ve been here for a couple of years now but just started my PE routine religiously 2 weeks ago. My penis is right below average, 5.7” BPEL // 4.35”(+-0.2”) EG, and 4.4” flaccid length // approx. 3.7” flaccid girth.

I’ve always been insecure about my size, even though my gf insists it’s big enough. I guess it’s mostly because of my small flaccid size and the fact that I’m a “bulky” guy at 182 lbs/5 ft 10 with approx. 20% BF.. So far I’ve noticed that my dick has become more full both when erect and flaccid, slightly better EQ and better vascularity. It also hangs betters when flaccid. My gf even said it felt like I was wearing a cockring the other day.

Here’s my routine:

*10-15 minutes warm up.
*5-10 minutes 30s stretches, all directions
*10-12 minutes of wet jelqs, overhand grip, 3-5s strokes
**Edging once or twice a week
*Stretching my foreskin (w/ index fingers) and shaft skin (2x ok-grip, above turkey neck and right below foreskin)
*Warm down
*Kegels throughout, going to start doing 1 before each jelq.

So my concerns:
Since my penis is quite thin, especially when I jelq at below 80%, I have some difficulties with the grip. The first couple of days I used an OK-grip that put most of the pressure on the urethra. Now I’ve switched to more of a “pinch” grip, where my palm face down on the penis and most of the pressure goes to the sides, between the index finger and thumb. The fingers still go around the penis, but I feel like this technique pushes less blood forward and creates less pressure. Is there a special technique for us below average?

Another concern is my tight skin. I have a tight shaft skin, which pulls the foreskin down from the glans, so it doesn’t cover the glans when flaccid(almost like I’m circumcised.) At the same time, I have a tight foreskin, almost like an elastic ring that is slightly visible when flaccid. It’s not painful and I can cover the glans without pain when erect but it always quickly retracts on its own. Anyone here been through the same?

Who told you 5.7" is below average? The world wide average is 5.1" BPEL and in the US specifically, the average is 5.6" BPEL. You’re good man! :-D

Now with your jelqs I’m confused, since with wet jelqs there shouldn’t be a "tightness" issue. You might be gripping your dick too tight since with the wet jelq your hand should glide over your dick. Try I looser grip next time and/or use more lubrication. Did you use an overhand or underhand ok grip?

I used to be uncut but I had Phimosis, and began having issues with it around 16 when I became sexually active. I got circumcised at 17 (RIP my foreskin )’: ) . The tip of my foreskin couldn’t be retracted behind the glans. Although if I didn’t have health concerns with it that required a circumcision I could have stretched over a period of time and got to "normal" and mine did get a bit looser when I started having sex a lot but it never got past halfway but if I had more time I definitely could have gotten it all the way. Just power through it and it will loosen up with a bit of time.

I guess I did + I also had a bad experience with a crazy girl once who ended up saying my dick was small to my friends.

I use an overhand Ok grip, and you might be right - I’ll try to loosen the grip today.

Dude get yourself some Vitamin E cocoa butter oil it’s what I use! Definitely helps to feel the blood being pushed upwards. I’m no expert but my jelqs are on point! I recommend the “OK” grip , the pincher grip imo doesn’t push as much blood. As for a trick? Doesn’t exist. Everyone’s member is different. Just keep at it and when you master the jelq you’ll feel when you’re doing it right or wrong. Just make sure you always keep below the head and as you come up, form an ok grip at the base without releasing the top ok grip, and then push up. The concept is trapping blood and moving it up.

Thanks for the tips. I feel like I’m doing the the jelqs correct now. Really slowly focusing on the technique with the kegel first and then pushing blood with an ok grip and releasing the grip behind the glans when I reach the upper 2nd/3rd of the shaft. Feels and looks right.

As for Vitamin E Cocoa Butter Oil, I can’t find it in my country here in Europe, so I’ll stick to baby oil until I come across it. Thanks though!
