Well my routine goes as follows at a frequency of 2on 1off 3on 1off:
Shower or rap 5min.
5mins of various manual stretches.
5 mins of 30 to 40 second static stretches in various directions.
Usually when I get the time out of boredom I’ll do lots of kegels.
I’m thinking a little bit down the road, maybe in the next month, I’ll incorporate some jelqing.
My girth is about 4.95 to 5”. I’d like to gain exactly 1 half inch in girth and 1 1/2 to 2 inches in length.
I’m thinking at about the 1 year mark I’ll be at 7” with hopefully a girth of 5.25”
EL(not BP) 5.75” to 6.125”
Girth 4.9 or so. No change.
