Best routine to gain length if I want to avoid jelqing?
Seven or eight years ago I gave the newbie routine a try but hurt myself trying to jelq. I made the mistake of never going to a doctor or really looking into it and it easily took three-ish years for me to get full erections again and not feel pain. With all things considered, I think I’m lucky that there doesn’t seem to be any permanent damage. Been wanting to jump back in, but horrified of hurting myself again.
Can I reasonably gain an inch just from stretching or wearing an extender? Maybe I’m just worried from what happened before but even stuff like pumping makes me incredibly uneasy. I have privacy and plenty of alone time to hang or stretch or whatever.
If I’m asking this in the wrong place, just tell me, but I’d love to know what I should be doing and what kind of equipment I should be investing in. I’m close to 8 inches bone pressed so I’m not desperate enough to be dangerous, but my goal would be to reach 8 inches without any sort of force. Thanks!
