Seven or eight years ago I gave the newbie routine a try but hurt myself trying to jelq. I made the mistake of never going to a doctor or really looking into it and it easily took three-ish years for me to get full erections again and not feel pain. With all things considered, I think I’m lucky that there doesn’t seem to be any permanent damage. Been wanting to jump back in, but horrified of hurting myself again.

Can I reasonably gain an inch just from stretching or wearing an extender? Maybe I’m just worried from what happened before but even stuff like pumping makes me incredibly uneasy. I have privacy and plenty of alone time to hang or stretch or whatever.

If I’m asking this in the wrong place, just tell me, but I’d love to know what I should be doing and what kind of equipment I should be investing in. I’m close to 8 inches bone pressed so I’m not desperate enough to be dangerous, but my goal would be to reach 8 inches without any sort of force. Thanks!

Best PE routine

Without getting deep into the weeds… the best PE growth routine that yields length and girth is comprised of the following:

Traditional hand stretches
Weight hanging (preferably with a quality vacuum based system, I would avoid compression clamps and noose type devices)
Pumping

If you’ve sustained an injury in the past, it’s more than likely because you started off way too aggressive. The penis is a very durable organ that can sustain a lot of punishment! However you still need to use some discretion and common sense. Remember PE is a marathon not a sprint! Gradual, incremental increases in training intensity requires time, which can take several months, even a year or more before you have the necessary conditioning to push the limits. If your goal is to gain an inch in length that will probably require a full year of consistent, dedicated training…. just keepin it real and not giving you any false expectations.

Oh yea I’m not looking for anything outlandish. If PE was easy every dude would have a massive unit. The absolute best case scenarios I normally see are like close to 2 inches EVER. Still would love to at least feel like it was possible to get an inch in a year though

With our device we recommend starting with only 3 lbs.
It took me three full months of dedicated training to work my way up to 8 lbs for a full one hour hang session, twice daily. Hand stretching followed the hang sessions. PE is very intuitive. You learn what you’re capable of doing based on how you respond, and you make adjustments based on how you feel along with your erection quality. There’s absolutely no reason to be worried about injury provided use a little discretion and don’t push it to the pain red line.

I had a similar experience two years ago. I was jelqing and ended up having an injury at the base of my penis. Thankfully, it never affected my erections, but I still have some pain from it today that seems to come and go. Needless to say, I am not a fan of jelqing, and you don’t have to include it as a part of your routine just to grow your penis in my opinion. The good thing about devices (extenders, pumps, hanging) is that you have more control over how much force you are exerting on your penis, while your hand will always be a guesstimate as far as force goes. I’ll be doing the same as you and avoiding jelqing completely.
