So I’ve been stretching for a few weeks and really getting into it.
Also just got a pump and all day stretcher. I love the pump I must say but think I went to hardcore off the bat. But it’s addictive, taking a week break from it now.

Now as a grower I’m super small flaccid, since stretching regularly it seems like my flaccid length is longer.
No gains erect yet but I also didn’t take very accurate measurements when I started. I didn’t understand bone pressed length.

Is there a routine or technique that works better for growers?

I wouldnt say specifically that there are two rules of thought when it comes to showers and growers, just routines utilising what the end results accomplish.

What’s your end goal and how do you get there is the predominant question.

Do you want to remain a grower, become a shower, your required routine and times are unique to everyone, it even boils down to what foods you ate whilst growing up, showers tend to favour fruits with vit c and would eat bones, tomatoes, peppers,it all depends.

Keep at your routine for a month and if nothing adjust the routine, consistency is key and so is time for recovery, your set up looks solid, pumping and extender while rest should garner results

Hey AvgDave. I’d set aside your pump until you’ve completed the “Newbie Routine”. Don’t let the name discourage you. This is a great routine and the best way to set yourself up for gains.

If your goal is to become a shower, the name you are looking for is “hard flaccid”. I’d recommend doing a forum search on how the more experienced members go about achieving this. For me winter and cold weather are a killer. Also for sports like mountain biking… My junk likes to run and hide. To increase my flaccid size, I find pumping at least 3 times a week (with a vacuum gauge) is essential. Also what really helps is to ditch the underwear. Going commando allow gravity to apply its natural pressure.

I’d like to increase both flaccid and erect length and girth slightly. Realistically I’d love to increase length and girth by 1/2” erect.

But definitely wouldn’t mind increasing my flaccid length, even though I’m Married I just like walking around the house more when it’s hanging lower, I always stretch it prior to walking around nude.

I’ve been doing a few parts of the newbie routing already, mainly the stretching daily .
And wet Jelqing 2-3x a week

One thing I’ll mention is I was just Circumcised at age of 30 so I don’t know if that’s one of the reasons I’m a grower and so small flaccid ?

No, sorry I should of explained that better.

Throughout my life I had a excessive amount of foreskin, and I think that’s part of the reason I’m such a drastic grower. It would really turtle up flaccid.

I finally got circumcised in my 30s and I feel like I’m starting to look longer flaccid, but it can be from my PE too.

—This week I started wearing a silicone cock ring for 3-4 hours a day and it also is keeping my flaccid size much larger. In theory the constant engorged state should help long term flaccid gains plus possibly girth.

But I’m concerned, Can restricting blood flow have a negative impact on veins and blood flow ?
