Best way to achieve my goal

I was wondering if you fellow PEers could tell me which exercises will help me achieve my goal of 9.5x6.5 most effectively?

First of all, follow the newbie routine for a while, as you are a real new member. Once your penis is conditioned then you can start looking at other options, but follow the newbie routine for at least one month. I don’t want to read where you got over ambitious and got hurt.

To acheive your goal, you will need time, dedication, persistance, and a desire. This goal is not going to happen over night, trust me on that, it is going to take time, and depending on your genetics, and tissues, it could happen in 2 years, it might take longer than that. Oh that reminds me, you have to have patience to acheive your goals along with the other items I listed.

I have been using PE for the past six months through other websites does that mean I should still stick with the newbie routine?

Jelq and squeeze for 10 mins and hanging for 5 mins then cock ring for 10 min

That sounds a bit intense if you’ve been doing it from the start.

Personally I’d rest for a few weeks then start on the newbie routine. A lot of people on here don’t touch hanging until they’ve done the newbie routine for at very least a month.

Try this - start with 100 jelqs, move up 50 jelqs more each week and make them a bit more intense in time. This is roughly 10 minutes and you can increase the time spent. Before jelqing though it wouldn’t hurt to do stretching in all directions to prepare your dick. Do some kegels randomly in the day they will help your endurance.

Good luck, and that is quite an ambitious goal!

I just started the newbie routine and I am just wondering how long I should stick with the newbie routine?

I heard it is important to maximize your gains with the Newbie routine and than progress to more intense exercises.

3 months newbie routine then you can move up to more advanced excersises.

I never did the newbie routine, I started strait into 10 minutes jelqing and now I do 200 jelqs, 2 nights on 1 off, and I’ve gained 3/4 (not 34) of an inch so far. I also don’t warm up much, well I think my warm up is that I masturbate before I jelq, so I think that works well as a warmup.

Your routine is even less than the newbie routine.

I always get an erection before PE as my warm up. Works fine.
