Hey guys,

I write to you today with a question that I have and think it’s the reason for my girth not responding that well to PE. I have gained around .5” in length NBPEL and little girth. I now want to target girth specifically and noticed that my CS is a bit more noticeable than when I started PE which was barely visible. Last girth measurement about 2 months ago I was at 5.25. but that is due to my width in my opinion. I measured my diameter mid-shaft at 1-7/8”, from the top it looks wide but a side shot shows that the girth mainly comes from my width.

Could you guys help me make a girth targeting routine that mainly targets the CS? Should I start Clamping?

I have been with the newbie routine since I started back in may last year.

I am also focusing on my CS. Apparently doing v-jelqs hits the CS pretty hard. I have already noticed improvement(2 months of v-jelqing), so I would recommend that to you :)

What are your reasons for focusing on the CS? Is it just for looks? Because the CS adds to measurable girth but doesn’t get hard like the CCs, so during insertion it’s mostly compressed and doesn’t add much to usable girth. If you want to make your penis thicker in terms of depth I feel like you’d be better off trying to expand your CCs focusing on thickness rather than width. I have a large CS naturally and PE has only made it larger, but my “real” girth gains are all from CC. The wider CS means less pressure shooting out your sperm so you might not shoot as far, and It’s actually a pain when I’m clamping because it gets clamped by the bottom of the cable clamp and expands like crazy making it hard to focus on CCs.

Good advice about the V-jelqs! And a very good point from patch- I’d agree with that.

My 0.02- do flaccid clamping (with a tight hair band put around the base) for sets of 10 minutes (no longer) throughout the day, following up each session with jelqing (V-jelqs included).

How about progressively larger Van Buren Sounds? I personally don’t think I could do them but some claim larger CS after time as well as a larger glans!

This!? Surely, you must be joking? Who in their right mind would voluntarily put something like that into their penis for claims of a larger CS? :S Also I am guessing it would give a larger urethra, not CS. Though I would still never get close to one of those things.

Hey thanks everyone for your replies.

Well, I’m looking to expand the CS a bit mainly for measurements and looks. I really feel it would help with the symmetry because in the picture you can clearly see that it’s hardly noticeable. I know that it compresses during sex but doesn’t more volume equal more volume no matter if it’s compressed? Like if I kegel inside her she would feel more with a bigger CS than with my actual size wouldn’t she?

I am going to start clamping as soon as I find a Medium sized clamp in this island. I went to Home Depot yesterday and they didn’t have any in stock, only small, large and mega. I really want to target my girth even if I stay 7” NBP in length and SLOWLY work my way up to 6” girth or close.

Man-of-10 how many sets of flaccid clamp would you recommend?

With stats like yours, why are you here? WOW!

yoyo, I would recommend doing 2-3 sets of 10 minutes with a hair band (doubled up to make a good seal) 3x daily. After each set, remove the hair band, and give your unit a several tugs to allow fresh blood to come into it. A few minutes later put the band back on and repeat. After the last set (2nd set/3rd set depending how many you do) follow up with a controlled jelqing session focusing on CS expansion (include V-jelqs etc).

It’s a very handy addition to any routine since you can go about your everyday activities during the 10 minute sets the band is clamped on. I believe it gives you the growth stimulating benefits of clamping (thought to be caused by oxygen deprivation) without the risks to blood vessels involved with regular clamping.

Thanks man-of-10. I’ll incorporate the flaccid clamp sets with caution to my routine. But like avantasia said I’m having trouble understanding how to do V-Jelqs and couldn’t find an explanation.

Is it possible to target the tunica depth-wise instead of width? Because most people tell me that I should focus on depth????

Howardson as to your question, I just like the community here and as many others feel like there’s room for improvement whether it’s physical or psychological. I just like this place. Hope that answers why I’m here.
