Best way to get that long, strong stretch in
I’ve been PEing for nearly two months and have mastered the wet jelq (or so I think :) ). However, I’m still a bit iffy on stretches. I’ve gained about .25” in the past couple months so I have to be doing something right, but I don’t think I’m getting everything that I can out of the stretches. My problem is that I can’t keep the amount of tension that I feel is a stretch for very long without feeling like I’m really constricting blood flow and hurting my penis. Instead of 30 second stretches I usually only get 15 second stretches in and then whip my unit around to recirculate the blood before going to the next rep. One night I tried going the whole 30 seconds for my session, and within 5 minutes of ending my stretching I was getting some nasty discoloration. That was the last time I tried doing that.
My question is this: Am I actually stretching too hard? Would it be better to get a little less tension and go the whole 30 seconds, or go the way I’m going with full tension but only 12-15 seconds? I’m using the overhand OK sign grip and make sure not to grip the glans.
