Better FSL = Better EL?

To all the guys doing PE for quite sometime now, have you guys ever seen a correlation between an increasing FSL and EL? My FSL is much better than it used to be, and I’ve just now seen some real positive gains. If my FSL keeps getting better, does that mean my EL will follow?

This is what veterans say

After one year, my FSL was up about 1/2 inch but my El was only up 1/4 inch, if that. Two years later my FSL is up almost 3/4 inch and my El is up just over 1/2 inch. Yesterday, I measured my stretched length in my extender and it was up about 1inch. I haven’t taken any recent EL measurements but it visually looks a bit longer.

Based on the above, I would say EL lags, but follows FSL gains. I can’t wait for my EL to catch up to my current FSL.

I really hope that’s the case. Looks are always deceiving, but PE is all about baby steps.

It has definitely been my experience as well as others. It may not grow at the same rate but generally speaking, growth in FSL means that growth in EL will soon follow. I have no idea how or why they wouldn’t both grow at the same time but that is the way it is.
