Better heating method?

Better heating method?

Hi all,

I have a rice sock that I have been using for years, but it is honestly very cumbersome and has it’s limitations. The parts that I need to heat the most to prevent pain/injury are the base of my penis and along the top of the shaft (seem to be a vein that gets stringy if not properly heated).

My ideal situation would be a highly flexible electric heating pad that can wrap around the base and the shaft effectively. Any suggestions on a better heating solution that doesn’t require running to the microwave to reheat every few minutes?

I bought a $17 heating pad from walmart—beats the rice sock hassle anytime. Its a quality pad and has 6 levels of heat.

Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

I’ve bought Infra Red lamp for 35 dollars. Works well, it heats my whole member and I can use it while stretching and jelqing = constant heating through whole PE routine.

"If you desire one thing for so long, it is a given that you will miss other things along the way. That is how it is... that is life."

I have pretty much tried all the heating methods discussed here on this forum, and I use two different heating sources: one for warming up, one for keeping constant heat during the session.

To me, the most effective warm-up is wet heat. Dip your package into a glass full of warm water, take a shower, a bath… If the water from the tap is not warm enough, use an electric kettle to warm it up until it reaches around 50 °C (122 °F), measure with a cooking thermometer. This is the average range I can handle, maybe it is too much for you, or maybe you can do more, but I would advise against going too much above that. Listen to your body like always.

Also, I find the warm-up to be more effective and its effects last longer when my balls also take part in the warm-up. I dip the whole package in the water. Even outside of a PE session, I have noticed that when my balls are warm and hanging low, I get great erections, whereas not so much so when they are cold and retracted. It makes sense, the balls and the penis are connected and made to work together.

Throughout your PE session, constant heat will help you achieve better results and avoid injuries. Unless you are doing your session in a bath, an IR lamp, a heating pad or a space heater all do a good job and are convenient.

IR lamp works the best for me. I stand in front of it for 5 minutes to warm up then do all my stretching in front of it too.

I use a hot water bottle to keep warm in between sets of stretching during my routine I find it keeps warm for long periods without having to maintain it. I’m even going to experiment stretching over it. I agree using a hot water dip is also a thorough heating method pre workout but I find it needs replenishing regular

Thermipaq microwave heat pad from Wal Mart, $10. Another member here told me about it. Microwave for 1 min to 1 min 20 sec. I wrap my pump with it. I wrap my penis for 15 min prior to extending then once in the extender I can wrap it too. It stays warm for an hour which is plenty time for me. Only extending an hour at a time & pumping is just 30 min. Been using it for a week & I’m pleased my brother gprent educated me on it.
