beyond newbie and into girth focus - need best routine
With 1.5 years of consistent PE behind me and about 3/4 inches of length and maybe 1/4 inches of girth gains to show for it, I am ready to work on my 2012 resolution: improving girth. I want your suggestions for the best routine. I have time and dedication to do whatever it takes.
My history includes about a year of newbie (where about 90% of my gains came from) and about six months of 10 x 10 x 10 minute and sometimes 15 x 15 clamping alone for about six months. I’ve pumped but not consistently. I want to shake things up since the claming alone isn’t working and really get some girth gains and close my BPEL to BPFSL gap.
I am of course interested in any opinions from good girth gainers, but especially from anyone like me who hit a plateau but found a way to blast through it.
