I’m in a similar position to you. Using my Bib hanger and will focus on girth work once I reach somewhere between 8-9” nbp.
I bought a pump before my Bib and quite a few of the posters on here all recommended I get my length gains first, then concentrate on girth.
There also seems to be a pretty unanimous feeling here that length work + girth work.. other than something like jelqing which really helps both, seems counterproductive. Obviously you will gain base girth from hanging and many people gain length from pumping.. I’m generalizing.
Believe me, I pumped a few times and loved it, it was hard to keep in the box! But I’m making some great gains from hanging so screw it.. worth the wait.
I wouldn’t hang and pump together, at least thats certainly the verdict on these boards. That being said, when you’re satisfied with you length and perhaps you do want to clamp.. be mindful of erection quality. A lot of posters here say it was the worst thing for their EQ.
I already take a few medications that don’t help my EQ so thats of the most importance to me, when I’m ready to begin my girth work.. I’m planning on a few hanging sets to cement gains, maybe a clamping set or two.. and then the majority of my work will be pumping a low pressure for a nice amount of time.
Moral of my post lol, careful with the clamping and don’t combine with length work!
