I think there are a couple of factors here. Dicks over 10 inches exist but the question is how common are they. I think that out of 1000 guys there may be 1 10 inch dick.

Now, out of those 1000 guys you are going to have guys that are virgins, very religious guys that are with only 1 women, guys that have no confidence or are more interested in calculus than getting laid, etc..
