Bit of advice for short penis workouts

As a child I had many surgeries, 8 in total to correct an issue with my bladder. My entire excretory system had to be repaired including multiple surgeries directly affecting my penis. I’ve tried hanging, at weights all below 5Lb, and feel a lot of tension at the top left of the base of my penis. This makes me hesitant to want to continue hanging. I’ve been pumping for 3 weeks now, but I find it difficult to remain comfortably in the tube because my erections point straight up and even with a large amount of lube, there is still a lot of abrasion at my glans. I’m only looking to gain about an inch or two, to reach an average length. What I’m searching for is advice that could make my hanging experience better. I do jelq and stretch on a consistent basis, but am looking for a harder workout to increase speed of gains.
