Blood pressure med and erection

Blood pressure med and erection

High blood pressure runs in my family. I’ve been on meds for around a year now. I’ve noticed lately rock hard erections are far and few between and it’s hard to maintain a good solid erection. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks

Obvious answer would be vasodilators, but i’m not sure how they would interact with the meds. One of the PE M.D’s will get to you soon enough though.

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Heere We GOOooh!

I am not overweight and I exercise but it does not help enough for me to come completely off my meds. Really frustrating

Regular massage has been shown to reduce blood pressure as well as providing an assortment of other benefits.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Switch from beta blockers to an alpha blocker. I take doxazosin (cardura) and it works fantastic, and makes my dick HARDER. Look it up on wikipedia. Makes me hang longer when I am limp too.

Mine is a calcium channel blocker. Alpha blocker? I’ll check with my doc. It’s worth a try for sure!

Some years back, I had that problem. I was on lisinopril; my eq wasn’t so great. Through diet and exercise I got my numbers down to an acceptable limit and am now off the meds. Check with your doctor this.

Nope I don’t think any BP meds change erections substantially I have been on bp for 12 years and must have changed 4 types of meds since then yet no change whatsoever

Now Karvea 160mg it’s a generic brand before I was on Atacand 16mg (though it was given me allergies, then beta blocker then moved to coversil 10mg (gave me permanent subtle coughing)

I have diabetes which has brought on ED. When my BP started to rise, my endocrinologist prescribed Ramipril an ACE inhibitor. He claimed it had the least amount of side effects of the BP meds. It only costs about $15 for a three months supply.
