I can’t see why. Different blood types doesn’t mean “better blood type”. If one hasn’t any pathologic condition, the different blood type, in my layman opinion, can’t make any difference.

Blood “type” differences are a difference in the recognition pattern on the surface of the cell that identifies it to the immune system, the cell itself is no physically different and should not affect circulation.
