I was wondering if there was any correlation between bodybuilding/exercise and penis size? Does bodybuilding have any effect on penis size? I plan to start body building soon. I know cycling is somehow bad for the balls, as I’ve read in the magazine somewhere, it reduces sperm production or length or something. So yeah, what are you opinions?

It has NO effect on penis size. Cycling for long periods of time can be bad for your balls simply because it wasn’t meant for us to be sitting on a seat that puts pressure down there.

I don’t think lifting weights has a profound effect on PE. I lifting for a good while now so I know a thing or 2. No great gains or losses from it, unfortunately. Cycling in moderations are not bad, but doing excessively might give problems like Sed26 said.

I think a bigger body including sweeping thighs makes your dick look smaller in general. I’m always worried about being too big for my dick to look proportional.

What I will say is that true body builders are very lean and therefore have minimal fat pads, which help with NBPEL. I don’t but that one adds an inch to their dick because of fat pad and I don’t buy that a girl gets that inch. She gets what she sees, which is why a small fat pad as the result of a BB lifestyle is good.

And it’s been posted to death here but anabolic steroids do NOT make your dick bigger. Instead, they will temporarily decrease the size of your balls, perhaps give you some erection challenges, but under no circumstances will they shrink the size of your penile length/girth short of what may be the result of a poor erection.

By the way, your ball size comes back when you are off the stuff.
