Hey guys I just wanted to start this thread to kinda keep myself on track and to get advice on my workouts. Thanks for listening.

Ok so I started peing about 3 months ago and have gained about 1/2 an inch now in nbpel and about a 1/4 of an inch in nbpeg. I have also been hanging a lot lower and fuller since I started, as far as eq goes I really haven’t seen a difference, since I have always had really good erections.

Here was my starting routine:
Warm up; 10 min edging
5 min stretch in all directions 1 min each
30 sec v stretch in several places
30 sec inverted v stretch in several places
Then 15 min pump at 5 hg
100 jelqs
30 min edging

And here is my current routine:
Warm up 10 min edging
5 min stretch in all directions
1 min v and inverted v stretch 3 places
15 min pump 5 hg
200 jelqs
15 min pump 5hg
100 jelqs
30 min edging
50 stretched kegels
And I fowfer whenever I can throughout the day,

Well that’s my routine for now I don’t measure very often, but I can tell that my dick is growing it looks longer and feels thicker. But I do have to start measuring more often. Also I have only positive pi’s so far, morning wood, easy erections, no soreness, let me know what you think of my routine. And I’m gonna try and keep this thread updated as much as possible, thanks for listening.
