BPEL gains but no NBPEL gains

I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I have been doing the newbie routine for 3 months. Pre-newbie routine my stats were BPEL=5.25”, and NBPEL=5”.

My current stats are now BPEL=6”, NBPEL=5”.

I work out and monitor my bodyfat on a regular basis, so I know for certain that my fat pad has not increased or decreased, so I am perplexed as to how this could happen. Anyone have an idea?

It’s a well known fact that if you measure too much and push the ruler, essentially you’re digging a hole. A lot of “growth” is therefore justified like this. In theory you can thus have 8” BP or more and your NBP stays the same old 5” and I’m only kidding.

However, now I talk more seriously, I think that in your enthusiasm for growth, you subconsciously find a way to push more/position your ruler differently to “optimize” gains. It also depends on the erection angle.

As far as I knew from my fitness knowledge you cannot spot lose or gain fat. Therefore, the ratio of fat on any one area, i.e. your fatpad really isn’t a matter of overall BMI / bodyfat content.

I’d say if you gained BPEL you HAVE likely lost fat ont he fatpad while maintaining an overall bodyfat balance.
