I’m pretty sure there are some other members with a greater difference between BPEL and BPFSL. It’s fun when doing stretches, but it’s not exactly useful for anything else. [sigh]

I came to PE from a different angle and have only done intermittent jelquing; not enough to make a difference either way. But quite a few members have reported girth improvements from the beginniner routine.
You may have noticed other posts of mine where I harp on keeping a PE log. Not every method works the same for every man; keeping track lets you know for sure if you’re making headway or just treading water. Without actual measurements, it’s hard to tell when you’re making progress, or how much.
