BPEL More than BPFSL

Is it normal for BPEL to be more than BPFSL for me its BPEL 6.0” and BPFSL = 5.25” I read some other threads that say that is irregular and I remeasured and made sure it was equally pressed against my bone and fully stretched. I first stretched pulling underneath my glans and it was BPFSL=5.0” then when I pulled from the tip of my penis it was 5.25. I’m very much a grower since my flaccid length sits at around 3.0” what could be the cause of this?

I wonder if it’s as simple as muscle tightness or something. Also thanks for the quick reply AndyJ! That’s crazy stretch you get, like the Mr. Fantastic of dicks. And since you’re here is the beginner routine good for girth? That’s probably my biggest issue. Should I add extra exercises specifically for that or wait 3-6 months first?

I think it has to do with the routine you’re currently doing. For me my BPFSL was the same as my BPEL and I only gained with jelqing. For people who use a ADS or hanging will have the opposite. So almost 1 inch difference is a bit weird and you might be measuring wrong but a bit difference is pretty normal I guess.


Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

I am like you. Longer erect than stretched.

You might want to do some pe to get warmed up before you measure. When using my extender I sometimes have to take it slow to initially get it hooked. But after using it awhile I can go another 1/2” to 3/4”.

I’m pretty sure there are some other members with a greater difference between BPEL and BPFSL. It’s fun when doing stretches, but it’s not exactly useful for anything else. [sigh]

I came to PE from a different angle and have only done intermittent jelquing; not enough to make a difference either way. But quite a few members have reported girth improvements from the beginniner routine.

You may have noticed other posts of mine where I harp on keeping a PE log. Not every method works the same for every man; keeping track lets you know for sure if you’re making headway or just treading water. Without actual measurements, it’s hard to tell when you’re making progress, or how much.
