BPEL-EL lag behind BPFSL-FSL hanging gains?

BPEL-EL lag behind BPFSL-FSL hanging gains?

So it seems like I’ve gained BPFSL/FSL, but I haven’t seen it transfer to the same appreciable BPEL/EL gains.. Is there a lag? Should I be doing other smooth muscle exercises?

It takes time and patience,many people say if your flaccid length increases ,your erect length will follow.Mine did over a period of time.Just take it slow and steady and gains should follow.

So should I be doing smooth muscle excercises too? Like I noticed when I did clamping once recently I was able to get to my FSL length clamped. My dick seems pretty robust so I think it could handle it.

I can’t answer that for you Isv84 only you know what your dick can handle. I don’t know your routine you never mentioned it. What I can tell you is in the past I’ve been able to hang and clamp and so have others.
