It was the one thing I changed that took me from little to no gains to getting an inch in a year. Your mileage may vary.

1) My BPFSL has stayed the same 0.125” - 0.25” longer than my BPEL. I’ve been training for 4 months Aug 7th.
2) My BPFSL went from 7.5” to 8”. My BPEL went from around 7.375” to 7.75”.*
3) I believe I personally have gained pretty consistently with BPEL and BPFSL. I can’t think of a time where my BPFSL was ever close in size to my BPEL; I’ve always been larger BPFSL than BPEL.

*Measured with the exact same method of using the wall as a square to keep the ruler straight while pushing into my pubic bone.

Interesting thread. I will keep my eye on it. I have never measured BPFSL, but will do that soon. And check up on your theory. I’m currently going for 9” BPEL and I’m following a stretch intense routine, so it will most likely show up first in my BPFSL. But its a struggle to keep my EQ up with all the stretching. But don’t really need it. Plus I think it might jump up after I started to gym again.

There’s a strong correlation between BPEL and BPFSL. I have a strong tunica and it limits my BPFSL. Once BPFSL increases, it can be easily translated to BPEL.

Also, thanks titleist.I’ll give constant heat a try and report back my gains.

I have never measured BPFSL so had a go and my fat pad gets in the damn way. Also my foreskin makes it hard to get a correct measurement. I will stick to BPEL.

Can those with experience working on BPSFL give me some tips.

What 2 or 3 exercises should I focus on to improve my BPSFL?

Currently I heat 10 min then stretch 5-8 min with heat. Do my wet jelques and cool down in shower with light stretching. I do these mornings, 4 to 5 per week.

3 times a week I do evening girth work. No heat then 8 min stretching followed squeeze types of exercises.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I need to measure BPEL again sometime soon with fingers crossed…BPFSL was stuck around 7.8” then 8” for the longest time, but in the last few months I’ve seen that go to 8.25” and now 8.5”. Hopefully means BPEL is already over or about to be over the 8” mark soon.

I am new to this forum and on coming in now, I read some of the posts in this thread. The BPFSL vs. The BPEL ..
I would like to measure these different ways, being curious what way this is for me and come back to post the now state.

Shifts or gains in my BPFSL usually mean gains are coming in my experience but I haven’t seen any direct correlation as my BPEL catches up with my BPFSL and then I stop gaining for abit. I imagine at this time my BPFSL is gaining.

Stretching helps with length in general. Maybe stop girth work and just push for length as girth work can get in the way.

1 hand to stretch and 1 hand to measure. What are you using to measure?

Started out 5.9” BPEL and 5.9” BPFSL.

Been doing Andropenis about 6 hours a day following a weekly +.5cm extension. I’m now at a BPFSL of 6.8” (almost 3 months in) but only a 6.1” BPEL. Hoping I close that gap.

Start: BPFSL (~7.75”)
BPSFL (8.5”) > BPEL (8.25”)

1) BPFSL > BPEL (When I started BPEL was greater than BPFSL. Eventually the two measurements paired and now BPFSL is larger by 1/4”.)
2) Both measurements improved to new lengths when I began to incorporate heat on a regular basis and stretching.
3) 1/4” difference.

My gains in BPFSL happened when I began stretching and applying constant heat during the routine. Both measurements improved.

Interesting Thread

Never paid much mind you BPFSL but started reading this and figured I’d measure. Have a 1/2 inch difference between the two. BPFSL 7.25” and BPEL slightly over 6.75”. Hoping this means some room for length gains. 7.25-7.5” is my goal BPEL. Wish I would have measured BPFSL in the beginning. 4 months into my PE journey and would be interested to see if there was a difference in BPFSL with all of the work I’ve put in. At the end of the day, the Mrs is more concerned with BPEL as that what she’s on the receiving end of. Will keep an eye on it now.


Start 11/12/2020: BPEL-6.5”; MSEG-4.5”

Current 8/10/2021: BPEL-7”; MSEG-4.825”; BPFSL 7.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5”; MSEG 5.5”
