Breakthrough for me and maybe for others.
I started PE in about 2014 and have doing it inconsistently since then. I bought an extender for about $16 on eBay and it works perfect. I started at about 3.5 flaccid and about 5.75 BPEL. I gained newbie gains fast. I stayed at 4 flaccid for awhile and 6.5 BPEL. I got up to a little over 7 BPEL and 5 flaccid. Stopped for 6 months and lost it. I started again about a month ago. All my gains came very fast recently. From when I stopped in 2016 for 18 months. I was 6 BPEL. I went up to 7 within a matter of like 4 months. I do an intense stretching routine and the secret I have found is while your doing it you have to intensely concentrate on reverse kegeling throughout every one of your stretches. It took awhile for me to figure it out but it wears out your ligs majorly fast. After stretching I alternate either jelqing or hand clamps. Then masturbate so it’s easier to get the extender on. I use the noose and do extreme tension. I can usually only keep it on for an hour at a time. I then use the bathroom and put it right back on. I am usually only consistent for a few months then something comes up and I can’t PE anymore for awhile. Just raw noose and baby powder. At first it hurt like hell taking it off and it will scab. But you get used to it after awhile. Sometimes I would spend 30 mins back in the day trying to get it on because of such high tension. But you learn little tricks to make getting it on easier.
