Bumping this thread. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I’ve been doing BTC’s very regularly, and I think they’re great. I’ve used the Search to read every thread I could find here about BTC’s and it seems many agree.

I do these laying in bed. I alternate each hand every 5mins, often for a total of about 20-30mins. One thing I do is move my nutsack to the opposite side of the hand I’m using. IE: with the right hand, I’ll move my nuts to the left and pull my dick slightly to the right. And the opposite with the left hand 5mins later. This avoids direct pressure on my nuts. Anyone else doing anything like this?

IMHO, a flaccid hang looks best when your dick is pointing Straight. Down. Anyone else agree?

And BTC’s are the best way to get that Straight Down flaccid look?

I do it more or less exactly as you describe it. Actually stretching my dick a little bit to the right and left over the cheeks. I also lean my body a little bit to tho right when stretching to the left and to the left when i stretch over the right cheek. I use the V-grip and also use constant heat with my rice pad while stretching lying naked under a blanket. This is my favorite exercise for length. I can hold it like forever, it’s easy to change pressure and most important is that I can really feel the stretch.

I’ve been stretching for almost 2 years I would never hold a stretch longer than 5 mins per rep as it can really creates penis tiredness and screws with erections but it depends on the tension I suppose.
