I have been peing for a month, and yesterday I noticed a bump at the base on my penis not directly on my penis, but on the pubic bone at base of penis. I recently bic shaved my cock and am wondering if it is an ingrown hair… Its scary shit, let me know if I am tripping.

Yeah, sounds like an ingrown hair/pimple-type-thing. Harmless, will disappear soon. If you don’t shave against the grain you probably won’t get these (but you also won’t get as smooth).
