Can anyone tell me if this is a good routine

I am new here to the forum and to PE.
I have got a 4.5 inch erect penis and about 3 inches when not erect.
My aim:
5.5 inches when erect and it does not really matter how much it is when not erect. I guess it will lengthen correspondingly.
This is my routine:
5 min hot wrap.
3 min manual stretch [6 X 30 sec stretches]
3 min jelq [60 X 3 sec strokes]
5 min hot wrap.
I will be doing this on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I will start from Feb 23rd, 2009.
I have downloaded the videos. I will be following them.
So what do you think of my routine? Too little or is it okay?
I know I have cut down on the time for manual stretch and jelq than what is mentioned in the newbie routine forum. That is because I am S**T scared. I mean what if something happens to my only 4.5 inch dick.
I don’t know how to do kegels. I could not find any guide. Though I know where the muscles are because while peeing I controlled it and knew which muscles I contracted but no idea how to do it.
I have read through many posts and I know that I will be getting a few red dots.
I am prepared for that.
Also I am uncircumcised. So any suggestions? I read that I have to pull my skin before I do the stretches. Anything else?
One last question: After I attain my goal do I have to keep doing these exercises to maintain it?
