I already practice PE for 3 months, I always did 2 days on and 1 off, and I wanted to know, can I do this week 3 days on and 1 off? My routine today is as follows:

8 minutes warm up.
5 minutes stretching (all directions 30 seconds hold).
10 minutes dry jelqing.
8 minutes warm down.
After 30 minutes off the session, I start kegel, holding 3 seconds for 50 times.

I just wanted to know, If this week I can do 3 days On and 1 Off, that’s because this week I resumed jelqing on Tuesday (as I always did 2 days on and 1 off, my day off would fall on Thursday, and I would resume my activities on Friday, but this week I will have sex with my girlfriend on Friday, and doing 3 days on and 1 off, Friday would be my rest day and I would use it for sex with my girlfriend), this week can I do this? There I would resume jelqing on saturday.

My measurements :
April, NBPEL : 15,2cm/6 inch——Girth:14,2cm/5,6 inch || BPEL : 6,7/17cm——Girth 14,2cm/5,6 inch.
July, NBPEL : 16,0cm/6,3 inch——Girth:14,7cm/5,8 inch || BPEL : 7,2/18,2cm——Girth 14,7cm/5,8 inch.

There is only one way to find out. Give it a try and if everything looks good, go with it. If you see signs of diminishing returns, go back to what you were doing.

But for just one time, I think you will be OK for sure.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yes, it will only be this week, because my routine has become unregulated throughout the week ✌. What do you think about making the routine a little lighter on that third day just to avoid possible overtraining, or do I follow the normal routine anyway?

Yes you can. Your dick will probably not even notice the difference. Try it out a couple of weeks and watch your PI.
