Can I do dry jelqs without warm-up

Since my wife and I eat, sleep and work together, stealth PE is a bit of a problem. Sometimes, if she runs to the store, I can get a heated stretch session in.

Out of frustration and wanting to keep my progress going, I’ve taken to doing a few non-warmed dry jelqs throughout the day. So far, so good as far as injury or pain is concerned. I’ve been doing PE about 6 weeks.

Do you guys think I can continue with non-warmed dry jelqs this way as long as I gradually increase number and intensity, or am I setting myself up for a problem?

Also, is there any diminishing return situation created by doing them without warm-up?

You can, without a doubt, but it would be a much better idea to warm up beforehand.

There seem to be some differences in opinion regarding the necessity of warming up for PE. Some feel it is absolutely essential to avoid injury. Others feel that it helps promote gains. Others aren’t convinced but figure “can’t hurt and it might help”.

There are those who have done PE without regularly warming up, made gains, and managed to avoid serious injury, however.

I am not so sure but you can try fowfer for warm up because for to gain you have to add stretch in your routine.

Short Term Goal : El 6.5" Eg 5.2"

Long Term Goal : El 7.5" Eg 6.0"

You can “do” whatever you want, however such an intense exercise should be preceded by a warm up. Just my 2 pennies.

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG
