Can I Get Big With Only Side To Sides?

Hi guys I’m now to PE. So my size is 6 inch NBPEL and 6.5 BPEL. I’m wondering can I reach 7 inches in less than a month? I do side to sides when I shower 60 reps to 5 sets. I’m also 20% bodyfat

It has taken most much longer than a month to add that amount of size. Think of this as a marathon and years of work.

Think of an inch coming in a year if you stay focused.

If anything like an inch in short time does happen, it’s most likely just increased EQ making one as big as they should be.
Just showcasing that a healthy body and mind is a prerequisite for gains!

No way with any method, much less side-to-side stretches. Settle in for the long term and look at developing a more diverse package of stretches.
