Yes. I use two 2pc bearings that weigh 1/2lb each. I use the for 6-10 hours a day and receive pleasant fatigue from them. I take them off after 4 hours and jelq for a few minutes.


09-01-07= 6" Bpel & 4.5"

01-10-20 = 8&1/4" x 6"

I’m going to say “no,” based on the fact that you would need to increase the amount of hanging time to almost all day.

I think I can attribute length growth to hanging with .5lbs., but I have not tried it without also doing light pumping.
